As an integral part of the greater Saucon Valley Community, the Saucon Valley Farmers Market relies upon the generosity of sponsors at all levels to provide needed financial support for our Market’s operations and programs.
On each market Sunday from May through November, an average of 1000+ residents and guests visit our market in Hellertown. Visitors purchase products from surrounding area farms, local food trucks and vendors, and artisans. Sponsorship of our market provides the business owner a perfect opportunity to introduce and reinforce your brand, while connecting with the citizens of our community.
The Market’s convenient location, adjacent to Dimmick Park in Hellertown, delivers valuable foot traffic to local businesses and visibility for your products and services.
We have designed four sponsorship levels to provide your organization or business a variety of opportunities to support the Market while promoting your services. All market sponsors will be listed on our website and on our gratitude banner, which is prominently displayed each week at the market information booth. Sponsors will also have an opportunity for their name to be featured on market merchandise, including reusable shopping bags and apparel. Market sponsors will also receive these additional tiered benefits, according to their level of donation:
● Bronze sponsors ($100) receive a custom thank you post on our social media.
● Silver sponsors ($250) receive the above PLUS a weekly live music sponsorship.
● Gold sponsors ($500) receive the above PLUS a complimentary, pre-scheduled, optional Sponsor of the Week booth at the market to promote their business/organization to the community (this is a one-time event).
● Platinum sponsors ($1000) receive the above, PLUS two additional optional Sponsor of the Week market booths and a complimentary 1-week Saucon Source ad campaign (a value of up to $200).
